Pods UI documentation

0

I'm onthe last leg to publishing my first PODS site. I want to modify the admins screens and it looks like PODS UI is just what I need. I've read the documentation on Monday by Noon and the single page on the Pods UI site. Is the Monday by Noon article still correct? Should I start by creating a separate plugin in it's own directory? Is there any other documentation available before I take the plunge?

Thanks

Pods UI would be great! We just merged it into Pods 1.10 (go download it / update to it if you already haven't) so we're in the process of moving the Pods UI stuff over to this site's user guide. Unfortunately, the documentation has always been sparce for Pods UI, but as a developer you should be able to lift the information you need from the demo.php plugin included with the Pods UI plugin and the single page on the Pods UI site you've already checked out. Let us know if you hit any speed bumps, and good luck!

After upgrading to 1.10 the demo has been deleted. Can I download it from elsewhere rather than pull it from a backup?

My first Pods UI was a breeze after I'd cracked the menus (thanks). The MBN article was a great help.

You can download it from the WP.org directory in the old Pods UI plugin at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pods-ui/

I just added it within the /demo/ plugin of Pods 1.10.2, you'll find it in /wp-content/plugins/pods/demo/pods-ui-demo.php

Just copy the entire demo folder and put it in the plugins folder if you'd like to demo things.
