1.9.5 Bug Fix Release - Calling all bugs!

If you believe you've found a bug that should be fixed in the upcoming 1.9.5 bug fix release, reply and let me know about it. Don't report bugs here, simply link to the Q&A topic for that bug. If there's not already a Q&A topic for it, go create one and we'll try to help you figure out what's going on.

I appreciate you all taking a moment to help me out as I just had a baby last week and my schedule has been a bit crazy for the past month. I'd like to spend as much time on 2.0 as possible, but wanted to put out a small 1.9.5 bug fix release which might include a new feature or two if it makes enough sense.

Here's an example of what I'm looking for:

  • link 1 - Name of bug 1 here (or a brief explanation)
  • link 2 - Name of bug 2 here (or a brief explanation)
  • link 3 - Name of bug 3 here (or a brief explanation)
  • etc...

Hi Sc0ttkclark,

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right place or not, but here goes:

I'm successfully limiting the number of posts a logged in user can make and disabling the 'add' button using the 'disable_actions' array in $object->ui - the add buttons vanish but the message 'Listing added successfully. Add another ยป' still appears. It behaves ok when that's clicked i.e. the user can't add another but it would be nice if it didn't show or if a message saying you have reached your quota is displayed. I understand this isn't exactly core functionality but it's the only issue I know of right now that hasn't been mentioned before. It's not a major issue for me, just thought I should let you know.

Secondly, if you do manage to get a bugfix release out with a couple of extra features - you would make me very happy by including the public_form redirect functionality promised :-)

Congrats on the baby! And woo hoo for bugs and Pods 2.0!

Just wanted to throw this out there, but if you have some code related to a bug then use the Pods pastebin and include the link to it in your Q&A.

Here's a bug I found:
