Changed encoding of PICK arrays to eliminate single quotes, instead replacing commas with &#44;. Works with Pod Page: Import

Pod page is restricted to administrators only. If a user tries to access the Pod who is not logged in or authorized, your 404 error page is displayed. Change this on line 10.
