Added support for multiple PICK field

This Input Helper when assigned to a text column will create a select box with your NextGEN galleries as options. It conforms to the style and format of the default Pods Pick column, complete with blank first option. The code was developed by patrickheeney, and clarinetlord. Development thread can be found here.
