Fixes and refactoring for Pods 1.12+

Select 'input_checkbox_radio' from the 'Input Helper' field in your PICK column (under Setup >> Pod >> Edit Column).

Rather than a select box, the options will appear as a radio group (if multiple selection is not enabled), or checkbox group (if multiple selection is enabled).
